With the time, the physio therapy office Ralf Pfeiffer became too small for its functions and it was imminent to invest in a new space. This one was a single room with glass fassades in the two extremities, making possible to design the different required rooms without being limited by established areas.
The main goal was to project two physiotherapy working rooms, one for more free exercising and the other for machine work, and also six massage rooms. Despite of the constant natural lighting, the rooms in the middle could not get so much light as wished. Therefore, the design elements could not go up till the ceilling but rather leave an open space. Another goal was to divide the space in two areas, one concentrating the physio activities and massage boxes, and the other with the facilities, services and the workers‘ rooms. This division is originated by a corridor that goes throught the entire room from one glass fassade to the other one, and so illuminated it with constant natural lightning,
